QUALITY STANDARDS
WARRANTY
We’ve been making quality play equipment for a long time. We’re confident it will stand the test of time, and so can you. All our play equipment is covered by the following warranty:
- Steel posts and components: ten year (10yrs) warranty on structural failure due to faulty materials or workmanship;
- Plastic components: Five year (5yrs) warranty on polyethylene components due to faulty materials or workmanship;
- Fibreglass components: Five year (5yrs) warranty on slides due to faulty materials or workmanship; and
- All moving parts: one (1yr) only.
Our warranty covers workmanship and materials; it does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, negligence or vandalism.
AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS
Our play equipment, under-surfacing (rubber and mulch) and activity nets are designed and installed to meet and exceed the following Australian Standards for playground equipment and surfacing requirements; testing, installation and maintenance:
• AS4422:2016: Playground surfacing – Specifications, requirements and test method
• AS4685.0:2017: Playground equipment and surfacing Part 0: Development, installation, inspection, maintenance and operation.
• AS4685.1:2014: Playground equipment and surfacing Part 1: General safety requirements and test methods (EN 1176-1:2008, MOD).
• AS4685.2:2014: Playground equipment and surfacing Part 2: Additional specific safety requirements and test methods for swings (EN 1176-2:2008, MOD).
• AS4685.3:2014: Playground equipment and surfacing Part 3: Additional specific safety requirements and test methods for slides (EN 1176-3:2008, MOD).
• AS4685.4:2014: Playground equipment and surfacing Part 4: Additional specific safety requirements and test methods for cableways (EN 1176-4:2008, MOD).
• AS4685.5:2014: Playground equipment and surfacing Part 5: Additional specific safety requirements and test methods for carousels (EN 1176-5:2008, MOD).
• AS4685.6:2014: Playground equipment and surfacing Part 6: Additional specific safety requirements and test methods for rocking equipment (EN 1176-6:2008, MOD).
