Quality, Warranty & Compliance

Everything we manufacture is built for durability, backed by structured warranty coverage and designed to meet relevant Australian Standards.

Every playground we create is designed with long-term performance in mind.

At Activity Playgrounds, quality isn’t something that’s added at the end of the manufacturing process. It’s considered from the very beginning. From design and engineering through to steel fabrication, timber production, finishing, installation and final handover, every stage is managed with durability, safety and reliability at its core.

By designing and manufacturing in-house at our Victorian facilities, we maintain greater control over materials, workmanship and quality standards. This integrated approach allows us to deliver commercial playgrounds that perform in demanding school, council and community environments while providing confidence for our clients long after installation.

Materials & Construction

Every material used in an Activity Playgrounds project is carefully selected for strength, durability and long-term performance. From structural steel and protective finishes to commercial-grade play components, our products are designed to withstand the demands of schools, parks and public spaces while delivering safe, reliable play for years to come.

Our construction approach includes:

  • Galvanised structural steel with protective powder coat finishes for long-term corrosion resistance.
  • Commercial-grade fibreglass and roto-moulded slides designed for high-use public environments.
  • UV-resistant HDPE activity panels that retain their colour and performance in Australian conditions.
  • Steel wire core rope systems providing strength, durability and long service life.
  • Anti-tamper fixings and hardware to improve safety, security and ongoing maintenance.

Detailed technical specifications are available upon request to support tender submissions, procurement documentation and project planning.
