This thoughtfully designed play space combines natural materials and sensory-rich equipment to support early childhood development, both emotionally and physically.

Design Intent

Designed with younger children in mind, this playground was created as a safe, engaging space where little ones can explore, express themselves, and develop crucial life skills. The layout encourages experimentation, problem-solving, and emotional regulation through open-ended play. Natural timber elements are thoughtfully integrated into the space to promote a calming environment and help children build a strong connection with nature—something known to support mental health and overall wellbeing.

Playground Features & Range Used

This project features a variety of play elements selected from our Instinctive range, including the Preschool 3 Platform Combination Unit and Arched Timber Climber—both designed to build coordination, gross motor skills, and core strength. Additional features such as the Timber Wave Tunnel, Monkey Bars, and our much-loved Bush Hut introduce a mix of crawling, climbing, and imaginative play. The entire space is crafted using ethically sourced Australian timber, delivering a natural, tactile play experience.
